These Terms of Service apply to your use of thayerandcole.shop and to purchases from Thayer & Cole, a brand operated by MTG GLOBAL LLC. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
Products and pricing
We try to describe and show our products accurately, but colors and details may look slightly different depending on your screen. Prices are shown on each product page and confirmed at checkout. We may change prices or products at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before going further.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of suspected fraud or a pricing error. If you have been charged, we will refund you in full.
Payment and billing
Payment is taken when you place your order, using the methods shown at checkout. Charges appear on your statement under the Thayer & Cole name. Payments are handled by our payment processors, and we do not store full card numbers.
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first so we can try to fix it quickly. This does not limit any rights you have with your bank or card issuer. If a payment is disputed, we may share order and delivery records with the payment processor to respond to the dispute.
Shipping, taxes and duties
Standard Shipping is free. Delivery times and customs responsibilities are explained in our Shipping Policy. Import duties and taxes outside the United States are the customer's responsibility.
Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, place fraudulent orders or use it for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The Thayer & Cole name, logo, images and text on this site belong to us or our licensors and may not be used without permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. Consumers keep any mandatory rights given by the law of the place where they live.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post changes on this page with a new effective date.
