Refund policy

Effective date: November 2, 2026

If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

  • The item must be unused and unworn, with its original tags attached.
  • The return must be requested by email before you send anything back.

How to start a return

  1. Email contact@thayerandcole.shop with your order number and the item you want to return.
  2. We reply within 1 to 2 business days with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Send the item back using the instructions provided. We recommend a tracked service.

Items sent back without a return request may not be accepted.

Return shipping costs

The customer pays for return shipping, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake with your order. In those cases, return shipping is on us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after inspection. We email you when it has been issued. Your bank or card issuer may need extra time to show it on your statement.

Size exchanges

Need a different size? We accept size exchanges under the same 30-day conditions. Email us with your order number and the size you need. Return shipping for size exchanges is paid by the customer, and the replacement ships with free Standard Shipping.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Tell us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo of the problem. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before it ships by emailing us. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but you can return it under this policy.
