Thayer & Cole offers free Standard Shipping on every order, to every country we deliver to.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates, and carriers or customs may occasionally take longer.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking link. If you have not received it within 3 business days of placing your order, check your spam folder and then contact us.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Orders delivered outside the United States may be charged import duties, customs fees or taxes by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping. They are set by local authorities, and we cannot predict or control them. Please check with your local customs office if you are unsure.

Delivery address

Please check your address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible. We can update the address until the order ships.

Delayed, lost or damaged shipments

If your tracking stops updating or your order has not arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we will look into it with the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. See our Refund Policy.
