How much is shipping?
Standard Shipping is free on every order, worldwide.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 3 business days. Delivery then takes 5 to 10 business days in the United States and 10 to 20 business days internationally.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking link when your order ships.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
Orders delivered outside the United States may be charged duties, customs fees or taxes by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices.
Returns and exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items with their tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Email us before sending anything back. Refunds go to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after inspection.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.
Can I exchange for another size?
Yes. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the size you need.
My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
Email us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, by emailing us before it ships.
